What I'm available for
Advisory & consulting
AI product strategy, multi-agent system design, evaluation practice for LLM features, and AI enablement across a product organization.

I have sat in every production model autonomous class-8 truck in the US developed since 2019, and worked with some of the world's largest telematics providers and fleet operations software systems to produce first in class integrations, valuable business insights, and products that scale to serve enterprise businesses and customers.
Fractional & interim product leadership
Standing up an AI product function or repairing one: strategy, roadmap, evaluation practice, and hiring the people who will own it after I leave.
Best fit: teams that need senior product leadership before they can justify a full-time hire.
Speaking & guest lectures
Conferences, podcasts, internal leadership sessions, and university classes. Subjects: multi-agent architectures in production, product strategy for AI, autonomous vehicle integration, and building AI that serves the people using it.

Coaching & mentoring
One-to-one work with product managers moving into AI, and with operators moving into product. People I have coached have gone on to AI Product Manager and Executive Director of Technology roles.

Alongside all of that I am a constant learner and a teacher. I am finishing an MS in Human Centered Computing, I run my own research, and I guest lecture. Work that teaches me something gets my attention, so if your problem is unusual, describe it anyway and let me decide whether I am the right person for it.

2024, 2025I performed advisory and technical work to assist this business in acquiring a second location and merging digital properties to a single CMS, and assisted with technical setup for gymnastics meet hosting.
